The site provides a range of resources to help Genealogists take advantage of the Internet to generate a regular monthly income.
The internet has opened up the world of genealogy in ways which could not have been envisaged even a few short years ago. However, all the information that is available is leaving more and more people confused and asking questions about their findings as the thousands of questions that are posed in forums demonstrates. There is a massive opportunity for professional and passionate amateur genealogists on the internet but many of them say that they don’t know where to start.
There are full-time and part-time Genealogists or Researchers who are struggling to maintain their income as more and more information becomes freely available on the internet.
Many passionate amateur genealogists want to share their passion with others through the internet but are not sure what to do.
Many would like to be able to set up your own Family Tree website but don’t know how to get visitors to their site and to cover the costs of their hosting and other expenses.
Many enjoy writing about genealogy and would like to be able to earn a regular monthly income from it.
Many have their own genealogical website and find that it appears nowhere in the Search Engine rankings and it is costing them more than they are earning from it.
More and more genealogical information is now freely available on the internet. More and more professional and amateur genealogists who want to share their work and passion with others are admitting that they don’t know what to do on the internet! They want to be able to succeed and are looking for guidance and advice on how they can go about it.
Each and every month there are literally hundreds of thousands of people searching for genealogy on the internet? There is a massive opportunity for full-time, part-time and amateur genealogists to generate income on the internet but so far there hasn’t been one place that you can go to get the advice, guidance and useful tools to help you.

GenMates Weekly News
November 11, 2006 on 6:29 pm | In Genealogy, Free Genealogy, Genealogist, Genealogy Blog, Genealogy eBook, GenMates, eBook Store, Free Genealogy Search, Free Genealogy Search Engine, eBooks | No CommentsHope that you have had a good week? It’s been quite a long week for me I must admit with a number of large online and offline projects reaching a critical point which has been keeping me busy. I have also been suffering with a stinking cold which is not my idea of fun! Hopefully I will soon be rid of it!
Lest We Forget
Today of course we remember those who have given their lives in the service of us all. As always our home page at British Genealogy has changed to “Lest We Forget” our Remembrance page. As a genealogist I am always reminded of how many of our families lost young men and women at an early age as a result of War whenever I look at our Family Tree.
Suduko/Sudoku
Whichever way you spell it or indeed pronounce it “Suduko” shows no sign of declining in popularity! Everywhere you look people are completing the puzzles be it on trains or trams, buses or at airports! Or you will find them snapping up the shelf after shelf of magazines!
It’s no wonder then that the offer I have made of selling the Private Label Rights to one of my eBooks “Solving Suduko” has proven to be so popular. If you are interested in getting in on the deal then you need to check out Solving Suduko PLR before the figure of 100 sales is reached!
Health Thoughts
Talking of suffering with a stinking cold you will remember that I mentioned last week that we have been working with various medics to put together a series of health related sites. I am pleased to say that the main domain is now fully operational and you can check it out at Your Health Helper. There really is a mass of useful information in there for you.
Free Search Engines
We have had a massive response to the launch of the three search engines we have launched in collaboration with Google and if you haven’t had chance to look at them well now’s your chance! Your can check our Free Genealogy Search Engine and also The Internet Marketing Search Engine by clicking on the relevant link.
We have also launched our own more general search engine (covering Family, Home, Health and Hobbies amongst many others) and that can be found at duxcoo
One Final thought on sites! We have extended the discounted pricing at The eBook Store until the end of November 2006 in response to requests - so some hobby based eBooks for you to grab there!
